Elisir di Favetta is a handcrafted London Dry Gin that pays homage to the Favetta Strawberry of Terracina, a Lazio agricultural excellence and a Traditional Italian Agri-Food Product. Juniper harmoniously blends with Mediterranean botanicals and delicate fruity nuances, creating an elegant, fresh, and balanced spirit. Perfect for a premium Gin and Tonic, it also expresses its personality neat or in refined classic cocktails.

It is perfectly clear and crystalline. The bouquet is intense and enveloping, dominated by balsamic notes of juniper, accompanied by hints of Mediterranean herbs and delicate nuances reminiscent of ripe strawberries. On the palate, it is smooth, fresh, and perfectly balanced, with a pleasant aromatic finish reminiscent of the vegetation of the Circeo Promontory. Ideal for preparing gin and tonics, dry martinis, and classic cocktails. It is also excellent served neat. It pairs perfectly with gourmet aperitifs, oysters, shellfish, tuna tartare, fish carpaccio, sushi, fresh cheeses, and delicate cured meats.
