The Professor's Gin comes from an idea of Carlo Quaglia, a historic Piedmontese distiller, and the boys of the "Jerry Thomas Speakeasy" of Rome, recognized as one of the 50 best clubs in the world. This unique Gin embodies the spirit of Italian herbal tradition.
Made in Piedmont with the best natural ingredients, collected on the hills and mountains surrounding the distillery. The production is totally handmade and that is why very few bottles are available for each lot. In particular the Gin Del Professore Crocodile Gin marks a new experience in the adventurous life of the Professor. It is characterized by notes of vanilla and other exotic spices. Among the botanicals we recognize the wild juniper berries, citrus fruits, coriander, elder flowers, Jamaican pepper berries.

The Gin of Professor The Fighter Bear comes from the selection of fully ripe juniper harvested on the Umbrian-Tuscan Apennines with the addition of chamomile from the Roman countryside, orange peel, angelica root and other spices. The careful control of spices and botanicals and of every single batch guarantee an unparalleled level of quality.
