Malfy Gin is produced by Torino Distillati in Moncalieri in the Vergnano family distillery founded in 1906, in an area historically suited to the production of wines and liqueurs. The name of this line of artisan gin is inspired by the story that among the first to infuse juniper berries in alcohol to obtain a liqueur with medicinal functions, they were monks in 1050 on the Amalfi coast. The two Master Distiller Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni, who have learned the art of distillation at the University of Alba, pay tribute to the origins of this distillate trying to reconcile tradition and innovation according to the purely Italian style, dedicated to the continuous search for quality.
