Malfy Gin Original is the classic dry gin produced in Italy using wild juniper berries that grows in the Alps near the Moncalieri distillery, and brought to gradation with the Monviso spring water, the purest in Italy.
Malfy Gin is produced by Torino Distillati in Moncalieri in the Vergnano family distillery founded in 1906, in an area historically suited to the production of wines and liqueurs. The name of this line of artisan gin is inspired by the story that among the first to infuse juniper berries in alcohol to obtain a liqueur with medicinal functions, they were monks in 1050 on the Amalfi coast. The two Master Distiller Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni, who have learned the art of distillation at the University of Alba, pay tribute to the origins of this distillate trying to reconcile tradition and innovation according to the purely Italian style, dedicated to the continuous search for quality .
The Original Malfy Gin is born from the passion for the mountain of the Master Distillers Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni, inspired by the peaks of Monviso a few steps from the distillery, whose spring water helps to delineate its purity. The botanicals used in addition to juniper and a prominent dose of coriander, are cassia, citrus fruits, orris root, angelica root, which come together in an incredibly fresh aroma.
