Circeo Gin was founded with the aim of promoting the Circeo Promontory area through the production of high-quality artisanal spirits. The company carefully selects botanicals and creates gins that express the Mediterranean identity of the Lazio coast, with a contemporary style that has already received major international recognition, including a Silver Medal at the 2023 London Spirits Competition.

Dea Circe is an Italian artisanal London Dry Gin distilled from select botanicals from the Circeo National Park, including locally sourced ingredients like rosemary and the renowned Circeo Saffron, in which juniper blends harmoniously with Mediterranean essences. The result is a gin with a fresh, balanced, and elegant profile, ideal for mixing classic cocktails like Gin and Tonics, Martinis, and Negronis, or simply enjoyed neat to appreciate its full aromatic complexity. Its identity recalls the Circeo region and the botanical richness of the Lazio coast.

Crystalline and perfectly clear. Its intense and refined aroma, with a predominance of juniper accompanied by elegant balsamic, herbaceous, and delicately citrus notes, is smooth and harmonious, with a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic notes. The finish is long, clean, and pleasantly persistent. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish tartare, carpaccio, shellfish, oysters, sushi, smoked salmon, fresh cheeses, and gourmet finger foods. It is also excellent as a base for premium cocktails.
