Malvasia nera

The production area of the black Malvasia grapes is about 100 m above sea level. The area is characterized by high thermal sums and medium-low rainfall. The soil is a medium clayey mixture, shallow and with a good skeleton presence. The thermo-controlled maceration of about 10 days followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging takes place in French oak barrels for 6 months.

It has an intense ruby red color; the nose has a complex aroma due to ripe red fruits and spices. A very robust body wine with a pleasantly soft and long-lasting attack.
