Teanum has two wineries, one in San Severo (the founders' hometown) and one in San Paolo di Civitate. Annual production stands at around 1.5 million bottles, distributed throughout Italy and approximately 30 countries worldwide. The company has invested in modern winemaking technologies to ensure the highest quality of its wines while maintaining a connection to traditional techniques. This Primitivo di Manduria DOP is made from grapes grown using the alberello (bush-trained) method, a traditional technique that guarantees low yields and high quality. After a prolonged 20-day maceration in stainless steel, the wine evolves through aging in French barriques and then in large oak barrels, developing complexity and structure.

It is a bright red in color. The bouquet is intense, with notes of overripe fruit accompanied by elegant balsamic and spicy nuances. On the palate, it is robust yet balanced, with a pleasant freshness and a long, aromatic finish. Ideal paired with red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
