Otto is the Soave Classico produced in Monteforte d'Alpone in the hilly area of the province of Verona where excellent wines are produced. It has the typical light yellow, with marked floral notes of jasmine and fruity aromas of peach and apricot. On the palate it's pleasantly fresh and sapid, reflecting the richness of the volcanic soil from which it comes.
