They had reason, rewarding with a qualitatively superior production the fruit of the thirteen hectares cultivated with Cesanese d'Affile's grape, the noble vine from which wines are produced such as Cesanese del Piglio DOCG Classico, Superiore and Superiore Riserva. The territory with the gentle hills covered with vineyards is the heritage of a wine that the popular tradition dates back to the times of ancient Rome, the care and respect for the land, the recovery of native vines, the enhancement of the culture of tradition and ancient teachings, employment intelligent of modern oenological technologies: these are the strengths through which the company has been able to conquer in a very short time an elite position as a producer of the vine of native Cesarean lazy.

Attentive selection of old vineyards. Manual picking, 20 days long maceration with frequent replenishment. Malolactic fermentation turning in steel. Aging for 24 months in large barrels of 20 hl Slavonia oak precious and subsequent aging in 6 months bottle.

It has an intense ruby ​​red color, fruity blackcurrant scents and undergrowth aromas. The taste is rich and very concentrated with spicy and fruity notes, soft and velvety tannins. Long and persistent aftertaste, it adapts well to long refinements in the bottle.
