Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio comes from an accurate winemaking savoir-faire that begins with the selection and harvesting of the grapes; it continues with the soft pressing of the bunches and the fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, at the end of which the wine is kept on the lees for 6 months and finally bottled.

The straw yellow color with coppery reflections releases intense aromas of citrus fruit, apricot, lime blossom, candied fruit, flint and biscuits to the nose. A varied bouquet for an intense, full and balanced taste.
