The Cantina I Feudi di Romans was born in the fifties of the last century when the founder Severino Lorenzon laid the foundations in the creation of the reality we know today. Located in an area that was not very developed at the time and considered "abandoned", Severino began the cultivation of the vineyards with love and dedication, giving great importance to respect for the environment and the territory. The great attention to the well-being of the vines to have great quality grapes that know how to transfer the greatness of the territory into the glass. Absence of weeding, sub-irrigation and manual thinning testify to the attention in the fields.

The Feudi di Romans Chardonnay is produced with grapes grown on clayey soils with gravel and sand. Once destemmed, the grapes are softly pressed and the must, after clarification, ferments in steel containers. At the end of the fermentation the wine remains on the lees for several months.

The Feudi di Romans Chardonnay has an intense straw yellow color with a delicate but complex nose of flowers and yellow pulp fruit. On the palate balanced with a crescendo that ends with a pleasant finish also due to a delicate minerality.
