The Torre Rosazza estate has been present in the Friulian territory since time immemorial, founded in 1600 as a fortress and then used as a home by the Antonini family, nobles from Udine, who gave new life to the medieval tower, transforming it into the manor house which became their home, becoming Turris Rosacea. Subsequently to the Antonini family the estate passed to the De Marchi family who unfortunately after the defeat of Caporetto were forced to abandon the estate which ended up under Austrian hands, only to return under Italian control at the end of the war. The Rosazza estate enjoys a unique terroir, a few steps from Udine and near the border with Slovenia. You are enchanted by the beauty of the terraced vineyards, meticulously cared for, which embellish the "Ponca" soil, composed of sediments and minerals with a low percentage of organic material.

The Pinot Grigio of Tenuta Torre Rosazza is a wine that is born on the eastern hills of Friuli from vineyards that enjoy winds that come from the Mediterranean Sea and a temperature range that accentuates the aromaticity of the grapes. After soft pressing, the skins are immediately separated and the wine is then left to remain on the noble lees for approximately 6 months in steel containers to then be refined for two months in the bottle.

At first glance, the Pinot Grigio from Tenuta Rosazza is straw yellow in color with golden hues, on the nose it has floral hints and fruity hints, such as apple and ripe pear. On the palate it has a soft and slightly savory taste which gives freshness to the drink, balanced with an excellent consistency.
