Ribolla Gialla

The Cantina I Feudi di Romans was born in the fifties of the last century when the founder Severino Lorenzon laid the foundations in the creation of the reality we know today. Located in an area that was not very developed at the time and considered "abandoned", Severino began the cultivation of the vineyards with love and dedication, giving great importance to respect for the environment and the territory. The great attention to the well-being of the vines to have great quality grapes that know how to transfer the greatness of the territory into the glass. Absence of weeding, sub-irrigation and manual thinning testify to the attention in the fields.

The Ribolla Gialla I Feudi Di Romans is a very fresh and harmonious white, the result of the perfect relationship between grape variety and territory. The grapes are grown on a soil of noble clays, gravel and sand with a Guyot training system and harvested in September, from vineyards from 1996 to 2018. It is destemmed and then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decanting, and then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers. At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the lees for several months. Bottling will then follow.

La Ribolla Gialla I Feudi Di Romans has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is light and delicate, in which fruit alternates with wild herbs and more saline nuances. Fine as well as on the palate, very pleasant, with a light body, clear, straightforward and linear, with a sip characterized by a refreshing and savory taste. With an aging potential of 5 years.
