Champagne Esprit Couture 2012 Collet is a rare blend of 11 Premier and Grand Crus selected in 2012. 60% Chardonnay from Grands Crus villages such as Avize, Chouilly and Cramant contributes to the freshness, tonicity and elegance of Esprit Couture . The vinification and aging of the Chardonnay in Champenois oak barrels allowed their brioche aromas to fully develop. 40% Pinot Noir gives the wine structure, softness and tenderness through iconic Grands Crus such as Aÿ, Mailly-Champagne or Verzy.

L'Esprit Couture 2012 Collet is a unique Champagne with an exceptional complexity with hints of butter, toasted notes such as hazelnut and then cardamom, lime, verbena, and again other hints such as apricot, blackcurrant, plum, biscuit, with accents of nougat, pineapple and toasted bread. On the palate it is soft, fresh, fruity, supported by an acidity reminiscent of lemon. The central mouth is orchestrated by chalky minerality that provides frankness, saltiness. The fruity and mineral substances are finely blended and carried by softness with aroma of citrus, exotic fruit. The finish is loose and envelops the palate with a silky, light canvas.
