The grapes grown in the Capasso vineyard are selected exclusively by hand, the soft pressing and the fermentation at low temperature help the bouquet in cleanliness and elegance.

At sight it is red-violet, the nose is characterized by notes of fresh fruit. In the mouth it is rightly full bodied and rich.
