The Terre dell'Angelo winery is a young reality that was born from the passion of three friends who love the land and healthy food who in 2015 began to devote themselves to the production of wine from native vines in the heart of the production area of Pallagrello, now a famous vine revived in the last twenty years and originally from the province of Caserta. Great care and attention in the vineyard and a vinification that takes its cue from the past using the amphorae immediately after the alcoholic fermentation.

Tempo Terre dell'Angelo is a pure red Pallagrello, a vine once known as Red Piedimonte, from the name of the locality where it was produced in greater quantities. After the strictly manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, then undergoing a maceration of about 7 days with continuous pumping over to favor greater extraction. After racking, the malolactic fermentation takes place in steel to then continue the maturation in amphorae for about 9 months and be put on the market 10 months after bottling. Only indigenous yeasts are used and the wine does not undergo stabilization and cold filtering.

Tempo Terre dell'Angelo has an intense ruby red with hints of red fruit such as cherries and raspberries and blackberries and then nuances of white pepper and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is warm with a good structure and a pleasant tannin without exceeding.
