The Santo Stefano Irpinia Campi Taurasini DOC is a red wine made from Aglianico grapes, vinified to enhance freshness and structure. It represents a younger and more immediate version of Taurasi, while maintaining elegance and complexity. Aging contributes to making the wine harmonious and well-balanced.

The nose opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, and plum, accompanied by light spicy notes and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, it is structured, with present but well-integrated tannins, good freshness, and a lingering finish.

It pairs perfectly with red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
