Motuproprio Motuproprio

Producer: Year: 2013 Region: Toscana

Motuproprio is vinified in purity from Sangiovese grapes, with the ambition of enhancing its different typical features in a single bottle. The color is a garnet red with ruby reflections, and hints of ripe fruit, orange, licorice and aromas of the Mediterranean scrub stand out on the palate. In the mouth it's elegant, full-bodied with silky tannins and a balance typical of Sangiovese di Toscana.

The Trerose winery is one of the reference brands of Bertani Domains whose estate is located on the Sienese side of the Valdichiana on 5 hills dominated in the center by a 17th century manor house. It covers 103 hectares of vines well integrated with the landscape where an approach between innovation, research and sustainability predominates based on the assumptions of a minimalist enology and attentive to the typicality of the terroir. Among the labels, the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano stands out.

Motuproprio by Trerose is the Supertuscan produced with pure Sangiovese grapes harvested and vinified in the three wineries of Val di Suga, Trerose and San Leonino of Bertani Domains. It was created to summarize in a single label the different characteristics of the individual Sangiovese coming from the three Tuscan denominations of excellence: the minerality of the Chianti Classico, the warmth and creaminess typical of the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, the tannic component and the longevity of Brunello di Montalcino. A bottle that brings together and preserves the strong personality of Tuscan wine.
