The Filippi Torrone Panettone is a true celebration of Christmas sweetness.
The dough, soft and fragrant thanks to the natural leavening process, envelops pieces of crunchy nougat and a delicate nougat cream that enhances its unique aroma. Each slice releases a perfect balance of softness and crunchiness, with notes of honey, almonds, and vanilla that recall the most authentic flavors of the holidays.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, BUTTER, almond paste 17% (sugar, ALMONDS 40%, honey, EGG white), fresh EGG yolk from free-range hens,
cane sugar, water, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), honey, salt, natural flavoring (vanilla pods). May
