The Filippi company was born in 1972, in Zanè, Vicenza. Mother Maria and father Giuliano began writing the first chapter of this story in 1972, with the production of the first naturally leavened baked desserts, in the name of the genuineness of the ingredients and tradition and today, with their sons Andrea and Lorenzo , the story continues with the same dedication and spirit. The Filippi company was born and remains a family-run artisan business, where everyone feels at ease in a serene climate of respect for shared values ​​and an all-round quality project.

The Filippi Pasticceria offers the Special Chocolate Panettone, a leavened product with all the sweetness of chocolate, this Christmas dessert is not the classic chocolate panettone but is a leavened product with a special chocolate, obtained only from Criolo and Trinitario cocoa varieties. Pasticceria Filippi has outdone itself in this Special Chocolate Panettone because in addition to the sweetness of cocoa, inside it we find dried fruit, walnuts and hazelnuts.
