The Filippi company was born in 1972, in Zanè, Vicenza. Mother Maria and father Giuliano gave life to the first chapter of this story in 1972, with the production of naturally leavened baked desserts in the name of the authenticity of the ingredients and tradition and today, with their sons Andrea and Lorenzo, the story continues with the same dedication and the same spirit. The Filippi company was born and remains a family-run artisan business, where everyone feels at ease in a serene climate of respect for shared values and an all-round quality project.

Such a delicious Panettone had not yet been created, La Pasticceria Filippi offers the special Salted Caramel Panettone, a leavened product with an intense flavor and a light and soft dough. The dough with sourdough is enriched with tasty drops of caramel, giving life to a unique panettone with an intense flavour.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, salted caramel 20% (sugar, sweetened condensed milk (MILK, sugar), glucose syrup, salted butter 6% (MILK, salt), salt 0.7%), BUTTER, fresh EGG yolk from free-range hens, cane sugar, water, natural sourdough (WHEAT flour, water), honey, salt, natural flavoring (vanilla pods). May contain traces of NUTS, SOYA and MUSTARD.
