Tenute Navarra was born from the dream of Totò, whose roots have been in Sicily since 1951. After years of experience and hard work, in 2019 he realized his dream of enhancing his homeland by acquiring an estate in Butera, in the heart of Sicily. Together with his family, he pursues a vision that combines tradition and innovation, highlighting a unique terroir nestled between the sea and the hinterland, rich in history and identity.

Disiato is a red wine made from 100% Frappato grapes, grown in the heart of Sicily, in Contrada San Giacomo a Butera. Vinified entirely in stainless steel, it is designed to maximize varietal freshness and aromatic intensity. The result is an elegant and versatile wine, designed for immediate yet precise drinking, capable of fully expressing the characteristics of this noble Sicilian grape.

On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of fresh cherry, wild strawberry, and pomegranate, enriched by delicate floral notes of violet and light spicy nuances. On the palate, it is agile, harmonious, and smooth, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness that makes the sip fragrant and dynamic. The finish is clean, with lingering hints of red fruit. Perfect with cured meats, white meats, Mediterranean dishes, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
