Baluma

Wine obtained from the vineyards located on the Monguglielmo hill, in a plot with south-west exposure, at a height of about 500 m above sea level. The Nebbiolo d'Alba which is obtained presents characteristics linked to the freshness of the grapes, thanks to the short fermentation of five days, and to the passage in wood in 500 liter barrels, lasting about six months.
