Chardonnay

Chardonnay is not the usual wine deriving from the homonymous grapes: the white of Casale del Giglio is the result of a long and careful experimentation that has expanded and increased the quality of the French grape. The Lazio Chardonnay owes a lot to the winemaking process dedicated to it: the grapes are harvested in the first days of September in order to obtain the right content of acidity and sugar content; we proceed with soft pressing, fermentation, storage in steel and bottling.

The wine is now ready to be tasted: at sight it shows a beautiful straw yellow color, while on the nose and palate through fruity notes of peach and banana and floral hints of acacia. The Casale del Giglio Chardonnay is fresh and captivating.
