Tenuta Luisa is a historic winery located in Mariano del Friuli, in the heart of the Isonzo region. The Luisa family has cultivated vines for generations, adopting a philosophy based on low yields, artisanal vineyard care, and the valorization of native Friulian grape varieties. Over time, the winery has received important national and international awards, confirming the quality and elegance of its wines.

Edmida Blanc is a blend of Friulano, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, a blend that perfectly expresses the freshness and vivacity of Friulian whites. Vinified in stainless steel and aged on the lees for six months, it is a youthful, fragrant, and versatile wine, designed for a dynamic audience who appreciates fresh, fruity flavors. The Edmida line represents the most immediate and convivial interpretation of Tenuta Luisa's production.

Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, the nose offers elegant floral aromas reminiscent of lime blossom, accompanied by notes of rennet apple and fresh fruit. On the palate, it is harmonious, fresh, and delicate, with a pleasant drinkability that enhances its versatility. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs effortlessly with light appetizers, vegetable dishes, fish, shellfish, and Mediterranean cuisine.
