Ribolla Gialla

Casali Maniago is a historic winery with roots dating back to 1585. For nearly 500 years, the family has dedicatedly managed the Buttrio-based winery, cultivating 112 hectares of vineyards. The production philosophy is based on quality, respect for the environment, and appreciation of the terroir, elements that make each wine an authentic expression of Friuli.

This Ribolla Gialla IGT Venezia Giulia is obtained from select grapes and vinified as a white wine with soft pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation enhances the primary aromas, while aging on the lees in stainless steel adds structure and complexity. Subsequent bottle ageing completes the profile of a fresh yet well-balanced wine.

It has a bright straw yellow appearance. The nose offers a fine, fresh, and floral bouquet. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a pleasant acidity that provides freshness and hints of green apple. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with light appetizers, delicate soups, flavorful fish dishes, and white meats.
