Le Rosé

Lanson has been a pioneer in the production of rosé champagne since 1833, but it was only in 1949 that Lanson decided to create a cuvé with a characteristic freshness and which bears the Maison's style. This Cuvée rosé was produced using exclusively reserve rosé wines, which undergo a separate vinification process, then the wines are left to rest for a few months, without carrying out malolactic fermentation and are then blended to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle, according to the Chapenoise method, with a stop sur lattes in the Maison's quarries for at least 36 months.
