The Cuvée Blanche produced by the Maison Adrien Rousseaux is a champagne with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, and with a fine and persistent perlage, the nose expresses a fruity bouquet, with notes of white flowers, and fresh fruit. In the mouth it is of remarkable balance and elegance, its finish is very intense and of medium persistence.

Adrien Rousseaux represents the fourth generation of rècoltant ‐ manipulant winemakers. The company was founded by great-grandfather Paul in 1920, but since 2012 he has been managing the fate of the Domaine which cultivates vineyards on the eastern side of the "Mountain of Reims" in the municipality of Verzenay, one of the 17 classified as grand Cru. Of the Cuvée Blanche, 1000 bottles are produced.
