Produced only with grapes of the vine of the same name, this Sauvignon reflects the characteristics of the territory in which it was born, between Venice and Friuli and is the mirror of a quality-oriented viticulture.

The Sauvignon of Tenuta Mosole is a white wine with a full flavor that respects the prerogative of Mosole production: absolute quality. The project of this company, in fact, has always been oriented towards improving all aspects relating to making wine; Tenuta Mosole does so starting from the comparison with other large companies. This gives rise to inspirations that improve production and innovate it.

Quality also means perfecting the structure. The cellar, adjacent to the vineyards, has a vinification department, a wine bottling and storage room. Furthermore, since 2003, it has been expanded with an additional space dedicated to the containment of over 500 barriques for the refining of the crus.

All the cultivation, care and vinification processes are rigorously followed by Lucio Mosole who dedicates a privileged space to tasting in his large and welcoming tavern of the house, which respects the architectural style of the local farmhouses.

Tenuta Mosole is located in the easternmost area of Venice, on the border with Friuli, along the “wine route”, a well-known wine and cultural tourist route.

Sauvignon Mosole is a white wine with a straw color, with greenish reflections. It has vegetal olfactory scents, of tomato leaves and a broad, rich and soft flavor with notes of exotic fruit.
