Soave Classico

Massifitti is quality and enological knowledge made into wine. The careful selection of 100% Trebbiano di Soave grapes anticipates the process in the cellar: the malolactic fermentation is carried out for only one part of the wine and is followed by maturation in steel in contact with the fine lees for 15 months, filtration and bottling. Thus was born a white with a typically Suavia character.

Soave Suavia is born from Garganega grapes raised on a soil of volcanic origin. From manual harvest the grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel for 14 days at a controlled temperature and after a partial malo-lactic fermentation the wine refines on the fine lees for 5 months. The result is a straw yellow colored wine with fresh hints of apple, kaiser pear and hawthorn, citrus and mineral notes. Juicy and creamy on the palate with a marked freshness and flavor.
