Winery founded in 1947 by Umberto Bortolotti driven by an entrepreneurial enthusiasm linked to his land. Now the winery is wisely led by Bruno and Daniele Bortolotti who follow the founder's footsteps with seriousness and wisdom. The winery is located in the Valdobbiadene area between the Alps and Venice. The Umberto Bortolotti Winery is mentioned among the best producers of Valdobbiadene Prosecco for the elegance of the wines and for being able to enhance the Glera grape. The pinnacle of the Bortolotti family project is the VSQ Codice Bortolotti line of sparkling wines which represent the challenge and competence in producing sparkling wines with the Charmat method but which have the character, elegance, structure and importance of a classic method.

The Bortolotti Code 9-91 is a VSQ sparkling wine produced only from Pinot bianco grapes grown on clayey-calcareous soil at an altitude of 400m above sea level. Produced only in 1387 copies, the Bortolotti Code 9-91 is rich in scents such as dried plum, green musk, mineral and buttery notes. Great evolution in the glass with sensations that follow one another with elegance. An unusual long charmat that contains emotions like a great classic method.
