Sergio Zenato founded his winery in 1960 on the Veneto side south of Lake Garda, in the lands of Lugana and Valpolicella, devoting himself with passion and great spirit of enterprise to the cultivation of native vines such as Trebbiano di Lugana and the renowned Corvina, Rondinella and Osoleta. Thanks to new winemaking techniques and a strong bond with the territory, today the Zenato company, led by his sons and his wife, extends for 75 hectares between the S. Cristina Estate in San Benedetto di Lugana and the Costalunga Estate in Valpolicella, and exports high quality wines such as the famous Amarone Zenato, in 60 countries of the world, synonymous with excellence and dedication to the territory.

Lugana Pas Dosé is obtained by selecting Trebbiano di Lugana grapes from the best historic vineyards of the winery. After the white vinification, the foaming takes place with the reference in the bottle, according to the classic method, refining 64 months on its own yeasts. The zero dosage gives the wine its authentic personality, in the search for that perfect and immutable gustatory balance, which time helps to define. On the palate it is fragrant and mineral, the fruity notes of ripe pineapple are combined with hints of almond and bread crust. with long and persistent finish.
