The history of the Villa Sandi winery is linked to the Moretti Polegato family, owners of this Palladian-style residence dating back to 1622 in a unique naturalistic setting among green hills and vineyards, who, thanks to many generations of wine culture, have successfully relaunched this brand. Tradition and modernity, combined with respect for nature, have given rise to excellent quality wines in that vast area of ​​​​renowned DOC and DOCG between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The Prosecco Il Fresco Blanc De Blancs of Villa Sandi is composed of various white grape varieties suitable for the production of sparkling wines, the grapes are located on marly soils of alluvial origin rich in skeleton. The winemaking takes place with the whole grapes introduced into the pneumatic press and the must obtained from their soft pressing, after an initial decanting, is placed in temperature-controlled tanks, where it remains until used for the production of sparkling wine.

The Fresco Blanc De Blancs by Villa Sandi is a brut with a straw yellow color and fine perlage, with the typical hints of prosecco on the nose from Williams pear to golden apple, with notes of mountain flowers. On the palate it is fresh and savory enough for a pleasant drink with an aromatic taste.
