The history of Suavia begins later, in 1982, when father Giovanni and mother Rosetta, aware of the great potential of their territory, decided to set up their own business and have their say, press their grapes, make their wine.
Today we three sisters, Meri, Valentina and Alessandra, carry on the family tradition and run the company, always working here in Fittà where it all began.

The Monte Carbonare produced by the Suavia winery derives only from Garganega grapes grown on volcanic soils with a clay texture. The plants, which reach 60 years of age, are grown on the Veronese pergola according to the principles of organic farming, at approximately 280 meters above sea level. In the cellar, the must obtained from the soft pressing of the bunches is conveyed into stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, without carrying out the malolactic fermentation. The resulting maturation phase of approximately 12 months on the fine lees is also carried out in steel and after a further 6 months of refinement in the bottle the wine is ready to be marketed.

Monte Carbonare produced by the canton of Suavia has a bright straw yellow color and green reflections. On the nose there are hints of flint, citrus fruits and mountain herbs. Its taste is creamy, fresh and elegant for a dry and persistent finish.
