Graziano Prà is responsible for the affirmation of the family winery, already thanks to the activity undertaken by his father and grandfather, but it is he who makes the area between Monte Grande and Monte Bisson the homeland of Soave famous internationally, up to the beautiful history of the Morandina vineyard in Valpolicella. Thanks to its dedication to the territory and the enhancement of native vines such as Garganega, today the Soave DOC is appreciated by wine lovers at all latitudes.

Straforte is a wine that well represents the complexity of the volcanic soils on which Garganega is grown, a native vine of the Soave Classico DOC area. The breadth and body of the Straforte brings back to the winemaking technique according to the soft pressing of the grapes, the fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20 ° C and the subsequent 6-month pause in steel by the batonage technique, with which the fermentation faces are kept in motion continuing to release aromas in the wine. Hence the overall elegance and refinement of this bottle that ideally accompanies raw fish, oysters and lobsters.
