The harvest of 100% Glera grapes is done by hand; it continues with de-stemming, soft pressing, vinification in steel and sparkling wine through the Charmat Method. The result is a refined prosecco at the height of its renowned cellar.

The straw yellow color releases a delicious bouquet of acacia flowers on the nose, sweetened by fresh fruity notes of pear and peach. A unique, soft and pleasantly savory flavor.
