Dei Casel is the prosecco tradition in the world: the Adami family has made this Extra Dry a testimony of their winemaking uses, dating back to the Middle Ages. Thus the most characteristic aspects of the Alta Marca Trevigiana, a hilly area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, have also conquered international palates.
We are on the steep slopes of the Pliocene hills: it is here that the Dei Casel has its roots, close to the first Dolomite peaks. A natural oenological selection has ensured that in these areas Glera, a white grape variety that gives Dei Casel the most precious aspects of Prosecco, was established. Dei Casel Adami is well recognizable for its unique qualities that have made it a spokesperson for the company and the production area around the world.
With a straw yellow color, Dei Casel has a thick foam and a fine and persistent perlage. It has a large and fruity bouquet reminiscent of yellow apple, peach, exotic fruit, glycine and acacia flowers. Its aromatic fullness does not lack elegance, freshness and delicacy, characteristics that we find in the mouth. It has a long and harmonious finish.
Dei Casel di Adami is a prosecco suitable for any occasion that deserves a toast. Also ideal as an aperitif, it should be served at a temperature between 6 ° and 8 ° C.
