Sylvaner

The Isarco Valley is a thin furrow of land wedged in the Sarentine Alps. It is the wine region further north of Italy, rugged and vertical, which forces the vines to sink their roots into steep slopes of little earth and outcropping rocks. Near Villandro, a few steps from the Sabiona monastery - essential
center of conservation and diffusion of viticulture in this area - perched halfway up the ridge, the Unterpschnackerhof vineyard faces the temperate southerly winds, protected from the north by the massifs of the Sarentine Alps. In this natural amphitheater at 680 meters above sea level, the Sylvaner, an oenological symbol of this territory, he feels at home, so much so thae develops the typical and varied aromas that represent it.
The color is straw yellow with light green reflections. The perfume is fragrant and pleasant with hers gentle hints of exotic fruit, ripe pear and melon. On the palate this singular Sylvaner is well structured, elegant and with a strong and straightforward character. The fresh acidity imposes itself as a trait
characteristic typical of the territory and in harmony with the persistent minerality.
