Sylvaner

Villscheider is a farm located in the hills above Bressanone in South Tyrol where it was founded the homonymous winery which Florian Hilpod has owned since 1997. Eight hectares are planted with fruit trees, while the vineyard extends over a hectare and a half approximately. The Hilpold family has focused on local vines such as sylvaner, kerner and riesling from which excellent white wines are born, known for their fruity aromas and the richness that characterizes the wonderful territory from which they come.

Sylvaner is a wine that is born at high altitude from grapes grown on stony and calcareous soils that give the wine that pleasant minerality that defines its character. Fermentation and maturation take place in steel in order to preserve and preserve the scents that characterize each Villscheider label.
