Corvée is a French term that was used in feudalism to indicate a free job by the vassal for his master. The many hours of work of the vassals of the Cembra Valley in Trentino are due to the 400 km of terraces of dry porphyry walls that delimit a wonderful territory from the 250 meters of altitude of Mosana to the 1000 meters of Faver. Within this portion of land, the 14 hectares of vineyards of the Corvée winery extend, born with the idea of ​​expressing the best of the potential of plants grown with environmental sustainability criteria and respect for traditions, useful for producing excellent wines in the DOC of Trentino, in many ways still unexpressed. Ambitious but successful project.

Corvàia is a vineyard at 654 meters above sea level where Pinot Grigio grapes are grown on a rocky porphyry soil, from which the elegance and pleasant minerality of this wine come. Exposure to the sun, and the thermal conditions generated by the dry stone walls which retain the heat during the day and release it at night, together with the light ventilation, contribute to the success of this pure Pinot Grigio. The harvest is manual at the end of September followed by the static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and aging on the lees in French oak barrels, with further aging in the bottle for about 6 months before being marketed.
