The Biserno estate was discovered by Lodovico Antinori in 1995, a genius of viticulture, who immediately recognized its potential in particular for Bordeaux blends. The large vineyard called Bellaria extends between the area of ​​Bolgheri and Biserno, on soils rich in limestone, calcium carbonate and rocks with an ideal microclimate for the Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varieties, in whose grapes they are concentrated the smallest organoleptic nuances giving life to wines of excellence, expression of one of the families that embodies the history of wine in the world.

Insoglio del Cinghiale Tenuta di Biserno comes from mainly international red berried grapes and in varying percentages depending on the vintage grown on clayey soils in the Bolgheri area while the Syrah grapes are allocated in sandy and warmer soils to favor their complete ripening. . The grapes are carefully selected and after digi-rasping and soft pressing, the must ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature. Aging for 40% of the wine is in used French oak barriques, while the rest is in steel.

Insoglio del Cinghiale Tenuta di Biserno has a medium intensity purple red with a floral nose of violets and fresh tobacco with hints of cherries and cassis. On the palate it is characterized by a decisive and enveloping entrance with ripe tannins with a fresh acid vein.
