Il Chiuso Pinot Nero

Ama is a very small village near Gaiole, in the heart of the Chianti Classico, with a territory that extends for about 75 hectares of vineyards, for 40 years, Marco Pallanti and Lorenza Sebasti have been producing wines of great quality in harmony with the territory that they welcomes. On average they produce about 320,000 bottles of wines every year, divided between the Chianti Classico and IGT labels. Here one of the most famous Super-Tuscans was born, such as Apparita.

Il Chiuso Pinot Nero Castello di Ama is a pleasant, fruity wine thanks to the strong and constant temperature range of 2018, with good freshness and a satisfying alcohol. The vinification was induced by indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and after racking the malolactic fermentation was carried out in steel tanks. At the end the wine is placed in fine-grained oak barriques that have made it a "thoroughbred" wine, elegant, powerful and with a good volume.

Il Chiuso Pinot Nero Castello di Ama has an intense red, the nose is complex with the typical aromas of Pinot Noir. On the palate it is a decisive entry of harmonious flavors such as strawberry, cherry, blueberry and violet
