The Glenkinchie distillery, founded in 1825 by the Rate brothers, represents one of the last historical remnants of the Scottish Lowlands. Located a few kilometers from Edinburgh, nestled among rolling hills and barley fields, it still preserves traditional production methods, such as the use of a cast iron serpentine vat. Its unique and delicate style is the result of a long artisanal tradition passed down through the centuries.

This Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited edition of extraordinary value. Distilled in 1991 and aged for 24 years in European oak casks, it presents an elegant antique gold color. Each numbered bottle contains an intense and complex spirit, an authentic expression of the Glenkinchie style.

On the nose, it releases refined notes of gooseberry, chestnut honey, propolis, sealing wax, and light peaty and iodine nuances. On the palate, it is powerful yet balanced, with a dry structure and a very long finish. Ideal for enjoying on its own, it pairs perfectly with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, dried fruit, and honey-based desserts.
