Over An Islay Rainbow is a Blended Scotch Whiskey assembled by A.W. Bleve and bottled in Scotland in 2016. The color is amber and the scents it gives off are so rich in nuances that refer to the colors of the rainbow. On the palate we find hints of coal, toasted seaweed, butter, yeast, mint, oregano, toasted sesame, cherry, which grow in the mouth at the harmonious rhythm of a symphony.
