On the nose, the debut is characterised by a sweet and persistent smokiness, typical of Caol Ila, which blends harmoniously with notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and a light touch of white pepper. In the background emerge marine, iodine and earthy nuances, typical of the island of Islay. On the palate: The attack is soft and enveloping, with an explosion of flavours ranging from smoky and peppery notes to fruity ones of quince, pear and citrus.
