Sete is a courageous project born from three friends with the desire and the need to contribute to safeguarding the peasant culture of their ancestors, discovering and mapping the clones of vines present in the eleven parcels that they have taken over, and yes, discover is the right word, because once upon a time the grape was grape and not vines distinct for characteristics and species also finding real treasures consisting of decades-old vines of native vines that the culture of the peasants has saved from the fashion of international vines. Land immersed in a sunny territory, beaten by sea breezes and protected by the Lepini Mountains.

The name "BOMBA" has its origins in the early stages of experimentation in the cellar, when the liveliness of the refermentation occasionally led to the breakage of the bottles. Through careful observation and rigorous laboratory analysis, the dosage of the must has been perfected to control the production of carbon dioxide, eliminating the risk of unwanted "explosions".

In the glass, "BOMBA" presents itself as a vibrant and genuine wine. On the nose it reveals a fresh and fragrant aromatic profile, with hints that recall fresh fruit and delicate floral notes, the result of maceration and refermentation with late must. On the palate, the experience is dynamic and authentic, with a natural and lively sparkle that enhances the purity of the fruit and the minerality of the territory. The "explosive" taste evoked by the name translates into an inebriating freshness and an aromatic persistence that invites another sip. "BOMBA" represents the essence of the Sete Project: an artisanal wine, the expression of a deep bond with the land and of bold experimentation that aims to preserve the authenticity of the production process. Each bottle, manually disgorged, is a testimony to this philosophy. Perfect to accompany light appetizers, vegetable fried foods and delicate fish dishes, enhancing their freshness with its dynamic drinkability.
