Elegance and character due to the skillful maturation of most of the must and Chardonnay in barrique. Finally the periodicals batonnage give rise to a wine of a yellow with golden reflections with an elegant, complex nose, dominated by yellow flowers, acacia and broom. In the mouth it is distinguished by its very persistent saline and mineral trace that softens in the finish.
