The cellar Imperatori is located in an area south of Rome, with a strong wine vocation, where the vine has been flourishing for thousands of years. The winery is young but the objectives are ambitious: to produce wines that can interpret, in a different key, the area where the company is rooted, and the rediscovery of varieties grown in the Roman countryside before the phylloxer crisis and interpreted in a modern way.

With a straw yellow with golden reflections and a fruity aroma with notes of peach and apricot, hints of citrus and exotic fruits; on the palate, savory and fresh, with a good body and a persistent finish.
