In the area of Frascati on the border with Monte Porzio Catone Manlio Mergé begins the activity of winemaker, but it is with the arrival of his sons Massimiliano, Marco, Maria-Beatrice and Marianna that the cellar assumes is projected among the actors of the viticulture of Frascati, committing itself to carry on a production in the respect and culture of its territory.

It has a straw-yellow color with slight greenish reflections. Enchanting on the nose, where the typical mineral sensations of the vine prevail, with floral hints of acacia, hawthorn and lime. Its pleasantness is given by the freshness and opulence of taste, by the body and by the strong acidity. Immediately enjoyable, but letting it evolve is enhanced.
