The Terre dell'Angelo winery is a young reality that was born from the passion of three friends who love the land and healthy food who in 2015 began to devote themselves to the production of wine from native vines in the heart of the production area of Pallagrello, now a famous vine revived in the last twenty years and originally from the province of Caserta. Great care and attention in the vineyard and a vinification that takes its cue from the past using the amphorae immediately after the alcoholic fermentation.

La volta Terre dell'Angelo is produced from Pallagrello grapes grown in the heart of the area. After the strictly manual harvest, the crushed grapes macerate for 3 days with light daily pumping over. After racking, the vinification continues with the malolactic fermentation in steel while the refinement takes place for 7 months in steel and amphora and for another 2 months in the bottle. Only indigenous yeasts are used and the wine does not undergo stabilization and cold filtering.

The Terre dell'Angelo vault has a beautiful complexity with notes of broom, iris, white peach, Williams pears, white flowers, iodine. The palate is broad with a good sapidity that makes drinking pleasant.
